I would say the view here is really good as it looks out to the bray beach when you’re seated outside however the food is just average. The vegetable soup was more like a tomato soup, the fries were redone and the the sizzler was surprisingly good. Overall I would say this place had more of a drinking scene than dining but yes the staff here is nice and courteous. My family had a very pleasant afternoon there. We enjoyed the food a lot! Together with the stunning Guinness for sure. With the nice sea view and sunshine, tasty cuisine and fish chips. The boss was very friendly. A lovely afternoon with family together here. Quite on the Saturday night we visited but after a day of rain not many out and about . Service was quick bar nsn pleasant Loved this place.. Great food and entertainment. We had lunch, then we went back at night again for the bar and music. Was great craic! 😁 🪗🎻🪕 Met a lovely musician called Pat who plays the fiddle and tin whistle. She was very friendly along with a lovely lady who asked us to share her table with her. Enjoyed our time here. A lovely atmosphere, really good people and we had a great lunch. They catered well for GF. Would love to visit here again when we return to Dublin. 🙂 Had lunch there recently and I think it's a new menu. It was really good, the pastrami sandwich and wings were delicious. Lovely wee sun trap and stunning views and class for people watching as well with the steady flow of people passing for the dart, handy they do table service to the massive beer garden as well. I’ll definitely be back to this hidden gem. The Hibernia is the perfect blend of traditional Irish charm and a warm, lively atmosphere. Located in the heart of Bray, it’s the go-to spot for great live music, a perfectly poured Guinness, and a diverse menu full of tasty options. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the pub has that classic rustic vibe that makes you feel at home right away. Whether you’re catching up with friends, enjoying a night out, or just unwinding after a long day – The Hibernia delivers a genuine and memorable experience. Lovely food and very good value for money. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. The large beer garden gets the sun and has amazing views of the sea.
