We had a time dining here at The Wild Goose. The service was awesome and the food was so good. I definitely would recommend checking this restaurant out! It was such a nice find. Pleasantly surprised when we dropped into Wild Goose for a bite on a quiet Wed evening). Food was excellent (I had the 5oz steak) and there were ample proportions. Staff were lovely. Also delighted to see they serve the 400ml cans of cidona (so hard to get in many pubs these days). Lovely experience and we'll likely be back soon. The food and the service was amazing, we loved every single thing, the pulled pork burger and the Philly Steak Sandwich are highly recommended, and do not forget to try their desserts, the crumble was incredible. Thanks to all the team for a really lunch. I had the Nachos for starter, which was gluttonous but delicious at the same time. Then I had the chicken Schnitzel, the plate was burning hot which suggests that the Champ Mash was prepared in a microwave, but the food was still good and the service was attentive. The menu has vast variety of different options, from simple & classic to asian influenced. Kids menu is also rich and portions are great. Personally I was blown away by the beef guiness stew. Meat was soft, almost melted in my mouth. Really really tasty and the puff pastry was a cherry on top. Staff were too. The food was delicious and service was great! We were in a rush to grab food and the staff here was very accommodating in having our food prepared quickly. Would highly recommend!
