Horrible experience. SUPER VPECHATLENIA I stumbled upon this cafe in the very center of Vratsa — a truly lovely spot with a cozy atmosphere and great potential. It looked like the perfect place to enjoy a quiet cup of and take in the city vibe. That illusion didn’t last long. I ordered a hot Americano and, to my surprise, it arrived in a glass… with a plastic straw inside. Yes, a straw. For hot coffee. I wasn’t sure whether to laugh, cry, or check if I’d accidentally ordered an iced drink. Safety and logic clearly took the day off. As for the staff — let’s just say they didn’t seem particularly thrilled to be there. The service was about as warm as the glass my came in. It’s a shame, really. The place has so much potential, but details like this make it hard to enjoy. A great location can only do so much when the experience leaves you raising an eyebrow instead of your cup.
