I tried to sort this out with the business but they didn't care to respond to my email, so here's my review. I booked the 1 hour Birthday package. It said max 10 kids, 4 VR headsets plus refreshments for 250 CHF. Kids were divided into 3 groups - 1 group 4 and 2 groups of 3. Each group played 10 minutes then we were told that it was over. I was completely shocked and the women employee was very dismissive. She said that it only includes 30 minutes VR and 30 minutes for cake. I told her that is not mentioned at all in the package online and that there is another package for the same price where the kids could play for 30 minutes. I asked if she could fix it so they could play longer. She didn't care to help and we had to leave after 30 minutes. Overall was very bad, service was very bad and business didn't care to rectify. I will never book a birthday or any session there again.
