Everything is clean, all the machines were working when I was there and the atmosphere is great. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very suitable for children and grown ups alike! There was a variety of to play and is a good place to hang out with friends after dinner. Used to be such a blast, but sadly they changed the prizes, there aren't that many fun prizes any more but its still super fun. Would recommend. Also the new are not that fun, they just look like phone games. On top of that, they have restricted machine usage to only five plays. This is unacceptable-we won't be coming back. The entire area is not entirely huge but spacious enough, kids can have a birthday party here and it depends on the package (unlimited 1 hour free but no tickets is rewarded) but all and all it’s a fun place for kids and adult since it’s family friendly place. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and assist with any problems or questions I have. I'm not native and don't speak Dutch either but the staff make me feel very welcomed, assist in English and the environment and atmosphere are second to none! I've spoken with a lot of the staff members there and they are consistently hard working and supportive. I'll be in Groningen in the next few months and i'll make sure I visit here again. The hourly passes are great and allow you to play a variety of different and arcades whether you're alone, if you are with your partner or even as a family. Would recommend a visit to anyone who is in the area, even if just for an hour! Most of the are obvious scams but that's expected from a place like that. What is the biggest scam is the card that you can get for 60 minutes but you are limited to 1000 points that you are already given when purchasing the card?? And if you top up the card but play during the first 60 minutes, you can't win any more tickets which is not really explained, missed out on thousands of tickets due to this. And at the same time some random small amount of tickets were added?? So it does not even work properly.
