As Belgians, we were treated unfairly from the start. The security clearly favored the wealthy Dutch guys, letting them do whatever they wanted, even fight, while we weren’t even allowed to raise our hands or get too excited without being told off. To make things worse, when we were waiting for our taxi, we just wanted to step inside for a few minutes to stay warm. But no—security flat-out refused us entry, even though we had already been inside earlier. Meanwhile, the Dutch guests could come and go as they pleased. The double standards were unbelievable! This place is a joke. If you’re not part of their elite Dutch crowd, don’t expect fair treatment. There are way better après-ski bars where everyone is welcome. Avoid this place at all costs! If you want to be serviced and handled very poor, if you want to see how the bouncer fights together with people from the Netherlands, you need to go here! A Dutch ski instructor was looking for trouble and argued with fellow visitors all evening. When we addressed security about this, they took the ski instructor’s side. The staff was incompetent and very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this bar to anyone—except maybe Dutch ski instructors. Joggls Kesl is a much better bar, with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. However, I will never set foot in this bar again. Horrible customer service. In Belgium, this place wouldn’t last a week. Great atmosphere located at the bottom of the slopes just right after a day's skiing Worst Ski Bar in Zell am Ziller would be a better description than Nr. 1 Ski Bar. I strongly advise to avoid this place. There are much better pubs in the area with better prices/staff/atmosphere.
