We had a fun time doing perspective photos and imaging what it once might have been. The road is open up to the tower, but the itself is not accessible due to excessive vegetation around it. Although the is on private property l, nobody seems to care if you go close to it. You can get close to it with about any car, unless it's a super sport thingy with barely any clearance (I used a Skoda Octavia RS, which sits a little lower than a normal Octavia and haven't touched anything). If you want to eat in Slobozia, choose Costas Pizza restaurant, it's relatively cheap for the atmosphere, the respect and the quality of food served there. I don’t think it’s open for the public, but if you go by car you can easily gain access through a ‘back-way’. Not sure why it’s closed since it’s a funny idea.
