But all is overpriced Very bad service, no idea how to serve . Customers were all standing waiting, no one any idea ,whose food was which.... Whatever happened to bringing food to table . 🙃😔 My loyalty card hadn't been used in a while and didn't work. The lady at the till was very patient and waited for me to download the app . Chai latte was good, and wafer biscuit good with it too. I'm a regular customer at Costa, but after what happened last Friday, this is the last place I want to go. The manager with the ponytail, I assume she is the manager, judging by the way she talks to the staff, couldn't stop staring at me when I left the restroom. She was extremely unpleasant, giving me the coldest look in the world, and trying to intimidate me. It felt like I was being watched from head to toe. I truly believe she was judging me, thinking I was just going there to use their restroom, unaware that I had eaten lunch there. The truth is, I was alone and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my belongings unattended, to go to the restroom. Well, she made it very clear that she didn't like seeing me. And every time I go in there, I notice how unfriendly and rude she is, which makes the place such a hostile environment for both, and customers. I really didn’t like her attitude and I will definitely stop going there. It's not nice to be treated like this, someone needs to teach some manners to her. Lovely staff. Busy store with large seating area. Meeting place for a proper treat. Flat white always perfect 🤍. 5 stars. Very quick for 8:30am. Only one car in front of me. They were very fast and fulfilled my morning dream. 🤣 A great place to relax, I really enjoyed everything! Thank you to everyone! The did a great job! We visited the store to sample the white hot chocolate and I can only say it was anything but what I ordered From the rude to what can only be described as a headache on tap from loud music to shouting all over it was a very unpleasant experience and worst of all I was ripped off aswell. The so called white hot chocolate amounted to hot milk in a glass with a tea spoon of sugar but definitely not what I ordered or advertised. This is my second visit. Seems to be lots of but no to clean tables. I went down and waited for my coffee and sandwich as there was a queue when I ordered. Some time passed. I went up to the counter where it was left there getting cold. No one dropped it down and they are falling over one another behind the till. Such a bad experience. I had a voucher for buy one coffee get another free, completely alien to them, couldn't redeem it. Lesson learnt, support the local coffee shop. Disaster of an experience. Use to come here all the time, the place has fallen off. Ordered a large and medium latte, no latte art, milk poorly frothed, and the coffee was lukewarm. The girls in there could smile when serving customers,one girl looked me up and down,staring,no smile or thanku,,don't take alot to smile Tables Filthy. Not One empty table cleared while I was sitting and there were 5 in my view. Customers had to clear tables to make room. Ridiculous with the prices charged. The place is great but as we sit here there are 10 tables that are full of dishes and have not been cleared from the previous customer. Not a good look.
