We enjoyed walking in the shadows of big old beech trees and climbing on top of small hills. There are some places which have steep drop offs and you have to be very careful. You may also meet some of the cows on the path, but they're just nosey and not too bothered by walkers, although dogs need to be well controlled. Nice small nature reserve. Toilet on the parking. Child friendly routes. A nature reserve along a modest ravine in the Scanian countryside. There are walking trails that take 1-2 hours and are all "easy" (though not for prams or wheelchairs). A nice picnic area is adjacent the car park, and the creek that flows through the whole reserve. Suitable for a visit year round though in winter the access road might need 4wd. Loved it. Lots of barbeques and interesting trails around the mini canyon. A somewhat small but beautiful place. The trek is sometimes quite hard to navigate and quite muddy in places. So all in all, as long as you've got the boots, it's not an issue. Bonus points if you can spot the ancient monument!
