Nice place, beautifully located. It has a great 🍷 Super I don't know about the but the landscape is amazing, it's worthy to reach the Rocca to have a look (and for sure also to taste their wine) A tip to reach it on foot: park in front of Abbazia di Rosazzo and there is indicated a path of 3km, it's up and down hill but not very steep. The walk is very pleasant) I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rocca Bernarda and let me tell you, it was an extraordinary experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty and charm of this hidden gem in the heart of Italy. The vineyard itself is nestled amidst rolling hills and lush greenery, creating a picturesque setting that feels like a scene from a movie. The moment you step foot on the property, you're transported to a world of serenity and tranquility. The wines produced at Rocca Bernarda are nothing short of exceptional. Each sip is a symphony of flavors that dance on your palate. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or a casual enthusiast, there's something here to please every taste. The attention to detail and the passion that goes into crafting these wines is evident in every bottle. The staff at Rocca Bernarda are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure that your visit is a memorable one. From explaining the wine-making process to recommending the perfect to accompany your meal, they are dedicated to providing top-notch service. The winery itself offers a range of activities and experiences, including guided tours, tastings, and even the opportunity to participate in grape harvesting. It's a fantastic way to learn about the winemaking process firsthand and immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of the region. I can't recommend Rocca Bernarda enough. It's a true hidden gem that deserves to be discovered by lovers and travelers alike. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat, a culinary adventure, or simply a memorable experience, Rocca Bernarda delivers it all. So do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed! Bellissima la rocca, merita una visita soprattutto l'interno della cantina / negozio di vini per degustare i vari sapori Molto curato anche il parco e i vigneti intorno Torneremo sicuramente Wonderful area full of vineyards that take your breath away. Well preserved castle and much love put into making it a place for relaxing and enjoying the food and wine. I have had a number of visits over the years to Rocca Bernarda in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of Italy. Joining SMOM friends for tastings and catered lunch’s on site, this beautiful estate is a wonderful place to visit and taste excellent wines. The castle dates back to 1559 and is currently owned by the Order of Malta. As you approach Rocca Bernarda, you will see rolling hills with a terraced vineyard and pass the production facility before you arrive at the fortified villa. Rocca Bernarda’s production covers many of the classic white and red wines, but the estate is mostly famous for Piccolit. Bring a group of friends, bring a picnic and enjoy the excellent wine!
