It’s a bit chaotic cause you only see the menu at the counter . Would be better if they had table service for the sit-down guests and a separate take-away queue. The website says that the place is open until 7 p.m., but the waitress said two days in a row that she would not take any more orders, not even drinks to go. The place seems nice with good quality and matcha, but the customer service is terrible, so I do not recommend it. Was really happy to find a specialty shop at Balaton. Had the Costa Rica roast, loved it. Also the sandwiches there are awesome 🫶 Really good speciality coffee, they also offer a few different origins, the two I tried were both good.
