Staff was great until our last course (red). I mean, really, felt like it was the end of the shift and didn’t have any desire for us to be there. Not good customer service. I know you don’t speak English, but a smile doesn’t hurt and a few explanations with translation also go a long way… Great experience, staff were super helpful and patient. My kid doesn’t speaks tje language but felt very safe and confident thanks to the team. Will come back We spend saturday at parco catone adventure and I must say the place exceeded our expectations. The property is well organized to accommodate children and adults, we had lunch area equipped picnic tables with comfortable indoor and barbecue for everyone and at the entrance of this will be provided paper towels and bags for waste, alongside the there is also a sink with running water. In the afternoon we did the adventure route and even here the staff was very professional, pleasant and extremely patient despite the many people present and our slowness in executing the routes ... :) The place allows everyone to have fun and relax "open air, whether you want to do the adventure path or simply for a nice lunch in the company, in the garden there are also hammocks to relax, further on the inflatables for the little ones, in short, there is something for everyone ... we did not try the restaurant, but do not miss the occasion, the bar girls also they have always been very kind and smiling.
