Wonderful green outdoor environment, with two swimming pools (for kids and adults), a football field, rose garden, big playground and bar. It has two very small decorative ponds with ducks, turtles and turkeys and a lot of deer. Kind staff, clean rooms with double bed, sofa, small fridge, kitchenette, table and fireplace.Good breakfast, parking area. A wonderful place to spend a weekend with the family in the mountains! Cozy and clean cabins. We stayed for just one day, but we would have loved to stay longer if we had known how comfortable it was. The cabin was spacious, with a comfy fold-out sofa and a large double bed. There was a fireplace, but we didn’t use it because it was summer. The shower was big, with strong hot water pressure. The restaurant was great — tasty food at fair prices. For dinner, we had pork and chicken souvlaki — €2.5 per skewer (you can even order just one). It’s served with French fries and tomatoes. The meat was very juicy. We also tried a club sandwich (about €7.5), a hot dog (€5), and beer (€4) — everything was well prepared and delicious. The was big and clean, open from 11 AM to 7 PM. Around the pool, there are shaded areas with tables and chairs where you can order food and drinks. A nice surprise was the small petting zoo with rabbits and deer. You can join the feeding twice a day. There are also two big football fields, but it gets hot during the day, and there’s no lighting for evening games. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included and tasty. There’s a large parking lot. Even if you’re not staying overnight, you can come for the day — access costs €5 per person. A perfect place for a family getaway! I chose this Estate for an intense Breathwork Training that I facilitated. I "interviewed" a lot of places for this purpose, more luxurious, more this, that, and the other. Except for the amazing location in between the mountains I felt attracted by the people's personalities: warm hearted, welcoming, genuine. We were nurtured by Dora, the hostess of the place who justified all the reasons why I chose this place for a demanding, deep and intense Training. All the group found her service excellent and we all felt grateful she has been there, attending all our needs: everything was on time, neatly presented, cooked in an awesome delicious and light way - the way we requested it- and covered a wide variety of dietary options that were demanded with care and love. Present always, still giving us the space we needed she has been extraordinary. Panagiotis Kletsas, the owner of the place and the taverna "To Tzaki" is a very down to Earth man, and the food in the taverna he cooks himself in an authentic simple and tastefully way. If you ever get to visit Gravia, it is is worthwhile to visit authenticity and I highly recommend both the taverna and Ktima Kletsas - Kletsas Estate. Grateful for making our stay better than home Great place!! We enjoyed one night during our trip across greece. Room is in very good shape and very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were great, they have everything. The staff is fantastic. We visited during the summer and had an amazing time. The kids loved the pool, the animals (especially the deer), the playground, and the spacious courts around the hotel. The overall atmosphere was perfect for a family vacation, and we enjoyed relaxing with beautiful mountain views.The only drawback was that the got quite crowded on hot days, since it’s also open to visitors from outside the hotel. The most exceptional part for us (the adults) was the service. Every member of the staff went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. A special thanks to Fani, who provided outstanding service during breakfast – well done! The rooms were typical for a mountain hotel: nothing particularly special and could use some renovation. However, they were cleaned daily, and the service was very good. One thing we would have preferred is a separate room for us and the kids rather than an open-plan space. Having the option to dine at the hotel was also very convenient, and we enjoyed the meals served.
