Located by the pedestrian are of the city so it's right at the center, sorrounded by many other cafes/restaurants. Also at the evenings it turns into a pub (like most of the Romanian cafes) and you can enjoy a bear/cocktails or short drinks. Have a visit and make sure you try their KiteKat/Oreo/Bounty milkshake at least once as it's amazing! Enjoy!
