Women who are taking orders are very rude and treat you unprofessionally! Used this place for a several times for my bad. Once they printed 3 photographs on Hahnemuhle paper and sold me original certificates, despite the fact that ProCentras isn't certified by Hahnemuhle! (After I made research on that.) Next time they gave me damaged order (photo in Diasec sandwich), and only when I found the damage they admitted it was done! They tried to hide the fact they providing me with defected work. The last time when I decided to check the for defects they refused to help me to unpack it and when I said that is totally covered by fingerprints "blond" hair woman accused me in doing that, despite the fact that I was checking the in front of them! I need to admit that there are some good and professional workers, such as Arvydas who is doing color management and prepares for printing. What is happening before and after with your order is nightmare! Summarizing all above mentioned I do not recommend this place for serious and professional work!
