We're in our early sixties and although the trek is not far, there's quite a lot of uphill, and the going was quite arduous because much of the pathway was roots and small rocks. Just now that if you take the blue path you do kinda have to climb a little. Absolutely worth it though! Definitely worth the hike, but at least from west entrance it is not a stroll in the park. Bring good shoes and plenty of water, there are plenty of roots on the trails and steep rises and descents on rocky paths. If you stop to admire the views and eat, it will take about 5-6 hours. I recommend to go back via Slåttdalsberget, the views are even better from there.
