Very quiet early April. It was just us there and the water was cold so we didn’t jump in. The is easily visible just by moving the close to it. It’s nice to see but nicer in summer that you can snorkel above it A bit of a scam for tourists, to make a place interesting. A wooden with a strange story of how it got there. Most importantly, immediately as you stop, there is a local guy on a offering cocktails, and next door, a offers costly pancakes. All tours drop you at this place, which has to be a coincidence... Beautiful bay with a sunken pirate ship. You can snorkel above the shipwreck. There's a man selling mojito on a boat. The sea is not as clear as other beaches or blue lagoon. Quite a few tour are around, making it a busy spot. The bay gets very crowded with visiting the shipwreck. Be prepared to have to swim from your to where the wreck is actually located in the bay. But a lovely cove and amazing to see the right under your feet (you actually touch the the water is that shallow when above it) Cristal blue waters, with a great snorkel to see the shipwreck. Very bad experience. It’s an old wooden which looks more like garbage than a wreck. Too many and people. It’s an ant house on the water, dirty and crowded. Not worth coming at all. There are better wreck experiences in Croatian coast. Was super busy when we were there on a tour. Couldn't see much and it was hard to swim or snorkle. I must express my deep disappointment with our visit to Necujam, abandoned (shipwreck of Kontesa), particularly regarding the so-called “attraction”. The lies at a depth of just four meters, but instead of being an interesting diving spot, what we encountered was a complete disgrace – a pile of trash accumulating on and around the ship. The access to this “attraction” is extremely difficult, and from the shore, you’re greeted with heaps of garbage and broken glass, which pose a serious danger to visitors. A particular concern is the wooden posts on the ship, with metal spikes, which are not only hazardous but entirely inappropriate for a place that is supposed to be a tourist destination. Moreover, instead of a peaceful bay, we were met with a true invasion of tourist that completely dominate the area, unloading hundreds of tourists to see an “attraction” that, in reality, looks like a pile of trash. Unfortunately, the situation gets worse – people openly throw garbage into the sea from the moored covered with tarps, including food scraps. We even witnessed a man peeling carrots directly into the sea! This is, unfortunately, a complete scam for tourists and nothing spectacular, while the local residents of the bay are left with nothing but disrupted peace and the additional burden of cleaning up the mess. Additionally, in the photos, you can see the mentioned bay with three just leaving. This further illustrates the constant overcrowding and the chaotic state of the area, which only exacerbates the overall disappointing experience. Overall, the experience was utterly disappointing, and I strongly advise avoiding this “attraction” if you don’t want to waste your time and endure such an unpleasant experience.
