Some beers were pretty fast empty (Not enough Julebryg during Christmas 😳?) and no service employees at the bar, you had to wait minutes until someone came to serve at the bar. The exit rooms did not work, an employee came during the game to reboot a computer and opened doors with the sentence "this should have worked". One lock was even already open as they forgot to tidy up and lock it again. This was a total disaster! It is actually a nice concept, but one of the worst organizations with too less inexperienced service employees for way too much money. Very nice place and really nice staff. We enjoyed bowling. We did find it odd that there was no Aircon so it was super hot. Also it was weird that the shoes do not get disinfected. I had booked my son's birthday party here. There was a terrible shortage of staff. 15 kids would need a lot of water and refreshments when they are active. And even for water, they had to stand in line. They had said they would keep water on the assigned table till the end of the day. But after 2 pm, there was no water, no glasses. There was one counter to take the people in and the for the requests of people who are already in. So each request means a wait of 10-12 minutes in a line. Food was not good, service was bad. Bowling was funny, it didn't add scores of the birthday boy, for every request from bowling ally one has to run from ally to reception. Inspite of such good facilities the place was a nightmare without the right service and staff. It needs air conditioner We had a great time playing bowling. It lasted more than 55 minutes.
