Dålig service och dåligt bemötande på telefon. När jag idag skulle återlämna en bok och samtidigt hämta en reservation så var biblioteket stängt! Kunde lämna boken men den reserverade boken gick ej att hämta. Ringde till biblioteket och bad att få förlängd liggetid på reservationen eftersom jag i morgon reser bort och är borta under en vecka. När jag informerade om att det inte var en bok med andra på kö fick jag beskedet att det nog gick att lösa efter identifiering på telefon, men sedan gick det plötsligt inte.
