This review is solely based on the golf course. We played both del Conte and Bonora. Unlucky for us we played two rounds at del Conte and only one at Bonora. The condition of del Conte is really poor (September 2023). It's not worth travelling from abroad to play. Bonora is a different breed. If you decide to play here, stick with Bonora. We forwarded our complaints about the condition and the general manager gave us a discount which was appreciated. Very nice resort - the new rooms are spacious with a nice interior. The restaurant was really good, and the "chef de service" exceptionally friendly and accommodating for all wishes. The golf course were both in great shape - I will for sure come back. We played here as part of annual golf trip (Aug 2022). Perhaps it could be due to unusual hot weather, but the course was not in a good shape. Lot of brown patches. Plus the ground service ( cart handler ..etc) is not well coached nor understand the concept of customer service Beautiful property. Beautiful hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was amazing and the restaurant on-site is worth a try. Beautiful greens, fairways, and practice facilities.The staff is also very pleasant. However, the cart paths are in need of repair. Still highly recommended. I really enjoyed the Bonora course. Unfortunately, the course was drought stressed when I played it, but the design is a pleasure to play. The resort is fantastic from the staff, to the pool, to the food. Excellent! Incredible experience. Wonderful 36 holes, beautiful scenery, friendly staff, unlimited driving range balls.. can't ask for more. It was really good golf retreat!! The two golf courses are spectacular and the practice infrastructure is great. The driving range, at the end of the afternoon is worn out. The hotel with a view on the hole #18 of the second course is correct for its price category. The sports massage by Paola was a highlight. It cured many aches and made me feel great for the next day. The fresh pool after the round was like a ritual to prepare for the evening. The friendly staff and the great pro shop made our stay unforgettable.
