Apparently it’s one of the richest museums in the world. They also have thousands for sale and it’s like a second exhibition. We really liked this museum & shop. I absolutely loved the place and you can see that the family that takes care of it loves what they do too. The museum ticket costs 5€ a person, but I think it's worth it. The are truly beautiful, and you get a chance to see one that's over 1,000 year old. Just a wonderful place to see, even if you keep only to the shop. Best place for in Italy for commercial purposes! I received a in very poor condition that clearly did not match the photos or description. The difference is obvious and documented with pictures and has nothing to do with the season or transport stress. I contacted the seller, but they refused to acknowledge the issue or take responsibility. Instead of offering a proper solution, they insisted on a return of a damaged live plant, which is unreasonable. Very disappointing experience. Lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and no willingness to resolve a clear problem. I would not recommend this seller.
