You can spend a relaxing day with your friends and family. It is possible to swim in the river Ticino and have a picnic. Smaller than I thought but it's quite nice to go up there. You're in the woods and next to Ticino River. It's a little difficult to reach it by foot but quite easy to reach by bike or car. Lungo circa 70 metri e sospeso a 8 è seppur breve, una piacevole esperienza. Nei dintorni ci sono alcune spiagge sul Ticino. It's ok to come once with family if you are nearby (with kids) but not twice or just coming for here. I would find better hiking place. Water was flowing too fast and it can be dangerous if you have young active kids. There was playground in camping area which was not taken care at all. Anyway, my had a fun but I wouldn't come again. Ah, also it's written be careful of viper, tics and etc. So not ideal for picnic especially with little kids. Abbiamo passato un paio d'ore piacevoli, bello il ponte tibetano che fa da cornice a un luogo che era già stupendo da solo Bello ma al tempo stesso nulla.di eccezionale...per chi cerca il divertimento immerso nella natura, sicuramente un buon posto dove rilassarsi accanto al fiume Ticino ( NON raccomandato per fare il bagno). Beautiful place to visit I really enjoyed. If you are cycling along the Ticino river and happen to be in the vicinity of the Tibetan bridge, then it's worth doing a very short detour to see it, not just for the bridge but also because just beyond the bridge there are footpaths leading to the Ticino river if you don't mind getting your feet wet. There are areas where you can sunbathe next to the river and canals that feed it. Be careful not to go into the fast flowing parts of the river though as it is very dangerous. Ponte pericoloso!!! Istruzioni poco chiare: sono finito in acqua e ho incontrato the rock. Ottimo lavoro dei carabinieri subacquei e intervento repentino della idroambulanza. Ho pagato un po' per il soccorso marino ma ne è valsa la pena. Fondale pieno di pesci. Ho messo 2 stelle solo perché mi è piaciuto il picnic che ho fatto dopo sulla spiaggia. C'è un po' troppo sole: 3 ombrelloni non sono bastati per fare ombra.
