Amazingly well preserved and maintained piece of greenery next to the majestic church of the Hoegaarden village ! Very peaceful, calm and clean ! Usually not too busy making a trip there very enjoyable and relaxing ! Plenty of sitting area wich is a huge plus ! Play area also available. Note that the park itself is not necessarily very big, also, the end part is bizarrely not actually maintained ! Still very good place to be ! Very pretty garden. Nice for a slow walk andc just enjoy. They are renovating some of the gardens to have some educational themes. The fountain is fun to watch the frogs, turtles, and goldfish. If you get tired or thirsty, and you're in luck, the cafe is a nice to have a drink, snack or dinner. If you like a traditional maintained garden.. you found one!! Comes along with a few extra artifacts and a brasserie upon the modest hill to have your throat lubricated when needed. Enjoy your pick-nick!!! one of nice places you can hike, you have several bars and restaurants, many fantastic flowers and kids area with wooden toys for kids. also nice for dogs. Quite a nice little park beautiful trees and small cosy corners. We had the pleasure to discover this wonderful public garden of Hoegaarden. When we arrived we were happy to find that it was a plant selling by locals event. Ornamental and edible plants.
