An amazing stadium with great soul and energy. Would recommend to anyone. Very much a small man syndrome with only 1500 people sounding like 20000. Cheap tickets, cheaper snacks. Supporting a team that is fan owned also resignates well with football fans like myself. Family friendly place to watch good football and support local team Portimonense. Nice little stadium. If you sit in the smaller side you will be in direct sunlight for afternoon games. Concession stand on this side was very low capacity. Just 2 staff. Small menu but ridiculously low prices compared to Canadian prices. €2 for a small beer. That works. Não entrei Basic stadium. 3 uncovered stands, all close to the action. No shade, so take a hat! You cannot have a tour and also the store is opened or closed randomly. The store is almost empty, no keyrings, magnets or souvenirs to buy. A pen lost on a shelf, a Select football, about 8 or 9 t-shirts. The lady working there was bored and busy with her own stuff, mentioned the people do not have money to buy the items anyway. In a funny way she said that all the t-shirts from this season were sold out and specified that the few ones available were from last season. I bought one from last for my son, 70 euros, asked for a clean and packed one (not the one exposed), hard task but finally got one. The stadium looks nice, surrounded by buildings with flats and a few stores. It is a shame they do not really want to encourage people to visit and make some money of it too. Portimonense need some firepower up front. Plenty of possession but no cutting edge. They took their best player off (Estrela) and that didn't work either, everything just broke down in the final third - Boavista looked comfortable letting them have the ball and hitting on the counter. Pity. Also, non alcoholic beer, I didn't like that. I'm all for security but for them to tell me to Chuck away my suncream and sweets is a bit much when there were other people who brought flares in.. Not much atmosphere and a bit of a boring game for me but that's my opinion, I'm sure it was good for others Small, but you feel the vibe. Good Afternoon. Highly Recommended to Watch a Good Football Match. Modernization Will be Needed for a Higher Demand. Bought tickets to see a game through 3rd party since buying through portimaonese site wasn’t working. Seats were ok, many people sit wherever which is sad for those who pay for seats. Full sun when seated on east side (opponent) and small snack stand on south side of stadium but has long line. Good group of fans; open and easy to get to and better if you walk than drive. Would go to another game (we did Benfica vs Portimaonese).
