It turned out that you can get inside and not only look at the magnificent decoration of the mausoleum, but also learn a lot of interesting things about it. So close to the main road and so peaceful at the same time! I have already driven by so many times but never stopped. Until now and I don't regret. The love story of the lord and his wife who didn't come from noble family would deserve a movie. This mausoleum is not just a nice building, it is the memorial of a great love of two great people. Built in just 18 months it is also one of the architectural marvels. Very modest from the outside, reminding me of something from Lord of The Rings, to very decorated on the inside. Plus with very detailed and professional tour from very nice and friendly guide, it was a very good choice for hour and a half of my time. The interior is a gem of secession-styled sculptures, mosaics and intarsions mostly by German artists, made of marble sourced from all continents. Surprisingly preserved in 100% condition. Profesional and very knowledgeable guide. Fun fact, it includes a tomb of the Count Andrassy's dachshund behind the main mausoleum grounds. Dúfajme, že Mauzóleum nenavštívi v budúcnosti odkundes Machala, lebo by pobral všetky vzácnosti...
