Nice trail, very easy I recently had the most incredible panorama around the enchanting Wolfgangsee in Austria, and I can't wait to recommend it to everyone, especially families! This picturesque journey was an absolute delight, offering a breathtaking view and crystal clear waters that left us in awe. From the very start, the beauty of Wolfgangsee captivated us. The serene surrounded by majestic mountains created a postcard-perfect setting. As we embarked on the walk, the well-maintained trails and easy terrain made it ideal for families with children. Even with little ones in tow, the took no more than 1.5 hours, which was just the right amount of time for an enjoyable outing. As we strolled along the path, the panorama unfolded, revealing stunning vistas at every turn. The shimmering mirrored the sky above, reflecting the cotton candy clouds and the verdant landscape. It felt like walking through a fairytale, a harmonious blend of nature's wonders. One of the highlights of the was reaching a strategically placed viewing platform. From there, we were treated to an unobstructed view of the entire Wolfgangsee, stretching as far as the eye could see. It was a moment of pure magic, and we couldn't resist taking countless photos to capture the memory forever. The best part of this family-friendly was the chance to immerse ourselves in the soothing atmosphere of the lake. We stopped at a few points to dip our toes into the crystal clear water, feeling the refreshing chill against our skin. The kids absolutely loved it, and their laughter echoed through the surroundings. Throughout the walk, we encountered other families, couples, and individuals, all basking in the tranquil beauty of Wolfgangsee. It was heartwarming to see people of all ages appreciating nature's wonders together. As we concluded our panoramic adventure, we couldn't help but feel grateful for the unforgettable experience. The Wolfgangsee panorama had left an indelible mark on our hearts, and we knew we had to share this gem with others. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Wolfgangsee panorama to everyone, especially families seeking a short yet rewarding excursion. The 1.5-hour journey offers an amazing view that will leave you in awe of nature's splendor. The crystal clear waters of the provide a perfect spot to cool off and enjoy moments of sheer bliss. So, pack your bags, bring your loved ones, and get ready for an unforgettable experience amidst the breathtaking beauty of Wolfgangsee. Trust me; this is a must-visit destination that will create cherished memories for a lifetime. A beautiful and free trail that starts along the and continues around a hill in the forest. You can and return along the lake, but it is recommended to do the entire loop. What a nice circuit! Very easy and beautiful. Water is so blue! You can find a lot of places to swim. Absolutely gorgeous and a short hike to serene views! 2h to complete. Free public parking available at the beginning of the trek. Splendid views which you can have all to yourself if you come earlier in the morning, at around 9am. Very nice around Wolfgangsee with a lot of places where to go into the water itself. At the end of september was the little colder, but still swimmable and it was a nice refreshment. 🏊♀️ The itself was very mild and some views were impressive. The further part of the Path was walking us around some factory, so this part was not that nice. It took us approximately 1 hour by slower speed. Definitely worth to go around! 😇 My favorite way round this rock, where perfect places for swimming can be found. Nice overlook and rest places with benches. Dogs love side way, so do I :-) Beautiful trail next to a beautiful lake, it is absolutely worth going there. There are benches along the path, so it can be convinient for older people as well. There is no parking lot near the entrance, but we could park our car on the street. The shore is not covered with sand but with rocks, however it is a very popular place to swim during summertime.
