Restaurant staff was friendly and knowledgable, and there's a beautiful view over the lake. Rostiger Anker—please consider offering some vegan ice cream. A scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream on my Apfelstrudel would have been amazing. I don't remember if you have oat milk or some other plant milk for coffee, but please start having it as an option if you don't already.
