The hall had more air then many others but it is due to be renovated. Good place. Cultural place Build in socialist megalomaniac style, this extremely massive building now host a lot of cultural and other events. It was used as HQ for the Bulgarian presidency of the EU. Actually it is built on a military cemetery of Bulgarian soldiers and officer who has died in the 1st world war. The communists desecrated and destroyed their graves to build this "palace" :(.
