Need improvement with the kitchen services and I wish the mineral were hotter, but overall I didn't have so much amusement sice I was a kid! Nice aqua park. Not so crowded like other places in the city. Dressing should be renovated and food at the restaurant is basic as a choice, but they prepare the food very fast. Clean water. It's new, but the hygiene is not on the top level as it should be. Otherwise it's better than many other swimming in Sofia. The changing is small , which is a buf minus. For 9 lv you have no limited to swim, which is the best thing of all. Must visit if you have time. Nice aquapark inside another bigger park. The facilities are good, the price is a bit on the high side, but reasonable. The big are very clean, the bubble bath not so much. Enough space for sunbathing. Just be aware there NO DRINKS OR FOOD to take with you, however you can buy what you need there. Добре структуриран, закрит е от октомври до май. Вероятно ще бъде отворен след празниците. Тази година има лагер за деца на басейна. Децата са доволни 😉, но вече е затворен. Все още не е отворен, очакваме с нетърпение лятото. Located inside a beautiful park with different sports facilities. Well organised and maintained. Kind and welcoming staff. Clean and well designed and jacuzzi. Plenty of sun umbrellas and tables for each two. Slopes are fuuun!!! Bar by the an restaurant take good care for your energy levels! Dressing rooms with coded lockers, dressing cabins with hair dressers, clean toilets and showers. A visit there is well spent! Highly recommend! place! We went for the sauna park + salt room. It's a good idea to book your stay at the salt for about an hour after your arrival, so you would fully enjoy your 1h relaxing with the salt after the saunas have tired you a bit. There is a big steam sauna where you can pour a drop of an essence of your choice like peppermint or eucalyptus. I also enjoyed the infrared (regular T) sauna and the finish (extra hot) sauna - ample space even though we went on a Saturday afternoon. There is also a constant supply of ice slurry, which is for crio massage. The cold-water bucket is also at an arms length. Showers everywhere. Good lockers. The premises are cleaned regularly. My only sorrow is that their relax area only features loungers in a cool and no heated rock bench. NB: You can bring your own water. Bring your own towels/bath robes and please use the nylon socks provided if you decide to go to the locker with shoes on. All in all, amazing value for price - 7.5 EUR for the sauna park for a day visit and 10 EUR for the 1h salt room. I can't wait to go again! Stunning place to spend the day. 24LEV during the week in Summer Holidays. Beer on tap, decently priced food & lots to do for the little ones. Great day out Too high prices and the in the was way too cold (announced to be 26 but it was definitely less). The djakuzzi was crowded despite the limit of 10 people and the guards did nothing about it. The security asked kids to wear masks, while the personnel was not wearing... The were nice and would be worth the money if the was heated. Overpriced -33 Lev for the outside and you're not to bring your own food/drinks. In comparison: my local in Germany with slides and way bigger green area is only 12 Lev and you can even bring your own food. Don't understand how the prices came be so high here, no wonder life here is tristw for a lot of people. Good Idea but the are dirty especially the small ones. The life guards for the slides ware arrogant and disrespectful. The scale for heights are rigged and so they don’t have to worry for the kids. Would not visit again. Also the lifeguards wont stop blowing there whistles…. Like all the time. We had a lovely day here during summer vacation. It wasn’t crowded at all (but not empty), so queues at the slides were very short. The three slides (one of them with 3 tracks) are much fun. The bar is well equipped and the bar tenders are very nice. The backdrop of the scenery is kind of cool, too. The place itself is really, really nice. It’s relatively close to the city. Only a 8 min walk from the bus station. The price is ok for a one visit. The was a tiny bit murky. The people at the check in and the security warden were extremely nice. The prices at the bar and restaurant a fairly high. The friendliness of the ok. Even though it was a day with 37°C it was not too crowded. The real annoyance though were the lifeguards. Though there were many some of them were constantly on their phones or books instead of watching the water. I have a different expectation of these professionals. However, shortly before we left after almost 4 hours they told my daughter and another girl they weren’t to go in the with their swimming shorts. Those were proper swimming shorts. Not regular shorts! Made from a fast drying material. Another woman tried to talk to them again and explain that those aren’t different from the ones the boys were wearing but they wouldn’t give in. Luckily we were on our way out anyway. But this really made me mad as it is a discrimination. What a pity. It could have been a stay. We had a time. Contrary to what others say the was safe and clean. It was empty when we visited. the was polite and spoke English. We were to bring in our own food and drinks. Highly recommend They accept way too many kids so there is not enough lockers for everybody, not to mention space on swimming corridors. Showers are stinking with urine as nobody told them that showers are not the right place where they should urinate. There are visible damp patches on the walls. Two stars and only because it is relatively cheap. Simple aquapark very central in Sofia. was warm but kids play area was freezing. The concept is and it has some fun slides, good and very clean installations. On the day we went (early August) , it was cloudy and 25 degrees so we were the only ones there for the first 4 hours! Unfortunately, the was quite rude and more importantly, all the LIFEGUARDS spent their day playing games on their phone... Some even sleeping on lawn chairs (yes, one On-duty one) and smoking while explaining to kids how to get on the mat for the slide. As we werd leaving, a you do child hurt himself jumping in a shallow and despite his cries, the 2 lifeguards 2 meters away (deep in a phone game) didn't even turn to look what was happening. It's disappointing because this place has got potential but the was disappointing. They searched my bag at the entrance and took my water. You have no choice but to buy their overpriced water. I agree with other drinks and food not being but I would never go back to a place where you can’t bring on a hot summer day. We bought day tickets and wanted to go out for a while in the middle of the day but they didn’t let us. They said we are not to leave for more than 5 minutes. Which means that if you want to go somewhere else in the hottest part of the day, you have to pay again if you come back even though you have a day ticket. There are no signs at the entrance indicating that you can’t take in your or leave the premises for more than 5 minutes. They only let you know once you’ve paid. Rude staff. For example, a man shouted at my son when he incidentally dropped a mat down a slide. The in the smallest swimming and the hydro massage is dirty. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. The sides are fun for children but their rules leave a bitter taste.
