We arrived late in 2 motorhomes and despite the kitchen being closed, the manager came after us and accommodated us with a nice meal. We had a few drinks and stayed for free overnight at the camper parking. We had a lovely breakfast next morning too. The staff were great. Favorite place for traditional food or just a pint of Guinness. Not far from town, approx 8-10 min by car. The atmosphere and interior there just take you back in time. Stuff are always friendly and will chat you through the menu)) food is great! Beer as well! Great place to watch the match, but make sure you arrive in advance. Highly recommend! Atmosphere: Lots of parking. Nice looking establishment. Well kept both inside and out. The interior is your typical Irish Pub. Very cozy. The inside is very noisy with the kids screaming and playing their video games on their phones loudly but not the establishments fault. Nothing against the restaurant, just don’t expect a quiet dinner. Staff: Very friendly. Not the fastest as long as you’re not in a hurry. Burger: Gourmet style pub style burger with quality fresh ingredients. Chicken & Leek Pie: Special of the day. A creamier version of a pot pie with mashed potatoes on top instead of crust. We came a bit before noon today, and just had the time to order a waffle (kid menu) and a granola: was very good!! Staff was super friendly and efficient! Coffee was very good by the way. Huge parking. Came here for dinner on recommendation from our bed and breakfast. Food was the best pub feed we have had in Ireland, got the turkey and ham roast and the beef burger but the star is the sticky toffee pudding!! Staff super friendly and a good atmosphere Stopped for a meal today and I was blown away by the food! We both had the beef-melt in your mouth, great portions and just delicious. I had apple crumble and himself had a brownie for dessert -both were gorgeous. Staff so friendly and the place itself is homely and welcoming. Highly recommend Just stopped off for some food, we ended up with a larger group than we originally planned, the staff were very helpful in accommodating the group we had. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, great food and very reasonably priced. Would definitely call again Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
