Gorgeous remote location, good food, clean, basic rooms, secure parking. On our 5000km journey through Europe we were allowed to stay for a day in this rustic family hotel. The lovely family and hostess received us wonderfully. The dishes are prepared with a lot of love. Very nice hotel a bit dated but it certainly has its charm. "if its not broken don't fix !" We will definitely be back for at least a week and maybe even two! We made a stop for lunch after a long hike. I ate gnocchi with goulash and traditional sweet plum dumplings. Everything was perfect. Simple, local and freshly made. The waiters where very kind, specially the blonde girl. 😉 the prices where fair! I have to come back! 😃 The location is very quiet - a tiny village set at the foot of the mountains. Ample opportunities for hiking or biking locally or for longer excursions. The host family is extremely friendly, caring and flexible. The food is simple but good, the rooms are well kept. Can only recommend, also for longer stays. Friendly welcome and quick service. Simple but very tasty dishes, good wine, wonderful dessert, strong espresso. I sincerely recommend! Super kind people, enthusiastic, and with a lot of knowledge about food, wine and the area. The rooms are very clean and cool so no need for an airconditioning. Private closed parking always nice to have. The daughter speaks an excellent English. Full reccomendatuons I was cycle touring through Slovenia and Croatia 2019 and stopped here and had dinner and beer. I stayed at another B&B that I pre Booked. The owner and his daughter gave me a lift with my bike to Buzet on the way we stopped at a very old historical church. Very nice. I will be returning some time this time driving. Absolutely recommend.
