Περνάς μέσα από ένα μικρό φαράγγι και καταλήγεις σε όμορφη παραλία Fantastic little at the end of a really grandiose canyon. Crystal clear waters are more than inviting and the pebble suitable for laying on. There are also a Cafe and a tavern there, operating however during summer season. If you go you should not forget diving mask and definitely an umbrella for the sun. Very nice beach, calm and secluded. Amazing water, not crowded. and available. Very prices at taverna on the beach, frappe only 2.5 euro Nice and cozy with pebbles. The is not very big and has a tavern and a bar. It is not fancy however is has basic amenities. The road to the is narrow and steep. is on the quite side. There are a few with sunbeds. They are of charge taken in account that you will take some beverage from the bar. Parking is more than enough. If one comes at 09:00 can find enough and parking in the bonus parking in the shade. If you are after serenity, simplicity and basics, this is for you. Entrance in the is with stones making it a bit difficult for children. I gave it a 4 star being simple and basic, however on our favourite list. Great for people looking for less beaches. Stunning clear and rock formations create the perfect ecosystem for snorkelling. Food was terrific as we got several apps and drinks. Service was on the slower side but it allowed us to enjoy the beach, the music and the views. Highly recommend if you don’t want to deal with the crowds at more touristy spots. Nice and quiet 4 km outside Kolymbari. Sunbeds and and a nice taverna. Great but don’t come if it’s even slightly bad weather as everything is closed. But that also means no one will be here. Beautiful beach! Small, with pebbles, beautiful, very spot for snorkelling. shoes will make it more comfortable. We went in October and it was not crowded, and the were free. There is a terrace/restaurant next to the beach. Nice little that's not too crowded. Can have big waves that brings out seaweeds and makes the waters murky even without being especially windy. There's a cafe and restaurant right on the and there's all over. The road to reach the is fine and paved all the way - naturally there's steep curves going downhill. Picturesque and perfect secluded beach! Would come back everyday if we could - very stunning beach. Please note it is a pebble and does not have many sun loungers but other than that, it is fab! Az odavezető út nagyon szép, a strand is, kicsi, eldugott. Sajnos ha Chaniaban hullámzik nagyon a víz, itt is. Beautiful secluded pebbly beach, and lounges included (or so we thought!) The cafe/shop was closed when we arrived (which also meant the WC/toilet was closed). Quite a narrow, windy road to enter, waves were pretty crazy also! Shower by the for freshness Great cozy beach. You have a bar and a taverna. Really clean for snorkeling. and Afrata is a lovely pebble located near Kissamos, offering a peaceful retreat from the more tourist spots. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking to relax in a more secluded setting. The is wonderfully quiet and intimate, with very few people—we counted a maximum of 15-20 visitors during our stay. One of its major draws is the convenience, with parking available right at the beach. Visitors can also enjoy the comfort of and umbrellas, which are provided at no cost. Additionally, there is a and affordable snack bar on-site, perfect for grabbing a refreshment like an iced coffee for just €2.50. If you’re searching for a beautiful, smaller away from the crowds, I highly recommend visiting Afrata Beach. The only thing I would rate negatively is the sign saying “Free beer tomorrow,” which is on the every day and there is never actually any beer – it’s a bit misleading. I think it’s the best on Crete island. Great for snorkel and if swim out a bit to the left side you get to see a cliff in the sea! Very beautiful. Very nice and quiet beach, amazingly clear water, perfect for snorkelling, especially right side of the with hidden mini caves and naturally formed pool Nice place with seats and parking. The and was rocky but for us that added to the experience! Little taverna on the side and a easy acces road! Great but very stoney and large pebbles. Crystal clear water, but aqua shoes necessary. Plenty of beds and brollys, free! Taverna very with cheap prices. No rip off even though in isolated location. Cheapest carafe of very wine that I've come across --- €4 half litre. Taxi €20 each way from Kolymbari. Beautiful pebbled in the bottom of a gorge with waves and warm water. Great place to snorkel with plenty of different sealife under the surface. There are some beds and parasols, but you need to come early to get some. There is a little restaurant with a decent seafood selection and reasonable prices. Wine served in the bar is really good. There are friendly goats on the way too. Amazing and intimate pebble beach. Get there before 10 as the spots with the best shade get taken early. The taverna for lunch opens at 12:30 Very beautiful and secluded beach. It doesn’t get crowded. You can get umbrella and as long as you have something from the tavern. The prices are okay and the food is fresh and delicious. Only minus is that the is with rocks so you’ll need aqua shoes. Small, pebble stone beach, with wonderful clear blue water, but must have adequate shoes. Snorkeling and scuba diving site. Free, but very few, and - we arrived at 11AM and there were no left, so we stayed on the sun. Bar and restaurant on the working all day, with the usual Greek cuisine, fair price. parking, with paved road all the way down to the (we drove a Fiat Panda and it was ok). Would come back with an umbrella and food for the day ☀️ Όμορφη απόμερη παραλία μακριά από την φασαρία του κρητικού καλοκαιριού Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
