Minus point is mainly the fact that the modern setting attracts young people and people seeking some kind of sensations...they basically talk too much,too loud and the sauna.It is also a very very soft sauna. Nobody sits elsewhere than at the very top. the changing rooms are rather small. I have been there once for a short time when nobody talked and it was just magical. You could hear the simmering of the water on the stones and just be amazed by the view!! I wish they could introduce a little extra heat as well as silence! There is only one and it gets crowded very quickly (people need to wait free seats in the stairwell). Customer service can clearly be improved:The hostess never smiles, never looks happy and barely say “hello”. Shower are warm but not hot which is very disappointing.
