Scenic lake. Quiet during off peak. Picnic tables. Bit messy Small which looks very pretty with an island in the middle. Steps in different places to help you to get nearer to water. You can choose from 2 different walks - 1 just around the - second one much longer and through the woods. Lovely place for a walk, with beautiful scenery. Really nice and a lovely around it A peaceful place to spend some time in the afternoon. 💖 A beautiful up to brittas it's a long but worth it to see the and loads of ducks waiting to be fed they even come out of the water to feed. Lovely little about 2km from Clonaslee Village. Lovely to see the ducks in flight and on the lake. There's various spots where you can right down to the edge to either feed the ducks or try skim a stone on the water. There's a walkway the whole way round of approx 300m Great place for a hike. Amazing peaceful place, and a man made as well … not something you would think while there. Nice spot for walk.Dogs will delighted run around to😉 Very quiet place. Beautiful scenery and lots of ducks, take some bread. Lovely walk, but please be aware anyone with a dog when you get up to the farmers lane about 2km into the treck, the farmer has poison on the lane. We carried our dog 1km to get to the other side of the lane. Anyone with a big dog would be in trouble here. After that lane you go back into a woods area and the is not far from here but also note when you get to the the blue trail signs completely disappear unless your tracking yourself on a phone you will be lost. The trial needs updating a work around the farmers lane is needed badly and more signs are needed two. The actual blue trail is 8km not 6km as suggested here either.
