Excellent Lithuanian cuisine, they serve all well-known dishes (cold beetroot soup, zeppelins) and of impeccable quality. Grate place to have a lunch near the road. Fast and attentive service. Very busy place during lunch! We didn’t make a reservation but were lucky to get a table. If you’re coming for a specific dish, it’s better to book in advance. They were out of some of the dishes we wanted, but in the end, we really enjoyed our meal. The staff was very friendly, and the portions were generous. We only ordered cepelinai, but they were absolutely delicious — freshly made. Definitely a great spot to stop for a meal when entering Lithuania from the Latvian side — recommend it! Ordered the kyiv cotlet, it was wonderful. A pleasant surprise getting so much delicious seasonal salad on the plate, they were very fresh, like the potatoes I saw getting peeled. the atmosphere was very nice and the staff was really accommodating even tho we were 10 people and without a previous reservation. Would go again. 10/10 Potato pancakes were amazing, one of the best in the area (been working in the area for the whole month- considering myself a fan of potato pancakes). Instead of sauer cream, they have some special cottage sauce very, very nice, and potatoes that come with soup named "šaltibarščiai" are super well oven baked, overall very satisfying experience. Also, it is easy to park and located almost on the road. Plus, the staff was very friendly towards my 30kg dog. Enjoy This is a must. Firstly, the food is fully handmade and amazing. Best cepelinai (zeppelins) I have had and potato pancakes with meat are simply 10/10. Secondly, if you crave some beer snack - take cheese donuts, these will complement the beer they serve here. Absolutely amazing place. Cheap, delicious and quite big portions 🤤 Don't listen to Russians who are always unhappy with everything. Yes, you have to wait a little for your order. For me, this is a quality certificate. The chef don't heat up the food in microwave, they cook it. We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone.
