Clean, with small shops-bars for food and drinks, benches around the lake, beautiful view at all :) Lots of space, with a lot of fun activities. You can ride a bike around the lake, lay on the grass, workout or just enjoy the walk. There is plenty of parking space around. Bring water. There are some sea food places to have a bite. You can also fish in the lake, but you have to put back what you catch. Delightful place overall. Druzhba is so vast and interesting that a person who lives there must simply enjoy walking there and enjoying it with a good drink in hand. The water area with fountains in the middle is simply perfect. Sofia surprised me again. I did not expect such a pleasant outside the center of Sofia and I had a very good rest there. There are benches all around and there is such a relaxed atmosphere that I am tempted to come back sometime. Although it was raining a bit, you could still have a walk. And we saw some ducks still in the lake. (Keep in mind it's winter here). A great neighborhood to spend tine with friends and family. People do sports, Walk their dogs, drink beer on either sitting at the grass or st the few bars and restaurants spread around the park. The actual really brings in a wellbeing feeling to it all, so if you live anywhere nearby I highly recommend to visit it for some time well spent :))) My favourite place to be in the weekend specially in the morning. Very oasis of peace and nature within a built up area on the outskirts of the capital city! A big surrounded the lake. The place is suitable for kids with a big playground and outdoor fitness. A very green area with lots of trees makes the a good place for a walk even in the hot weather. There are several places to stop for a drink or food. Amazing view and beautiful Not as large as some of the other parks in the city, but still a nice, relaxing spot and an escape from the hustle and bustle of Sofia. Some paths do need maintenance. The is easily accessible both by car and by public transport /subway, bus, tram/. There are a whole lot of parking spots in the immediate vicinity as well as fast-food joints, convenience stores and even a pretty decent restaurant right next to the gym. On the other hand the "lake", as locals call it, is rather dirty and there are plenty of rats and frogs especially in the summer. Паркът е много хубав и добре подреден.
