We come here for drink and eat something. We need wait 10 minutes for get the paper with menus, but we get just only one paper. Somebody get full book with all menus. When we ask, can we eat something they say yes, but we need wait 20 minutes. Then we older some drink and after 10 min, when she come back she said: U can’t older food because, they are close the food side. Then we said okey we wanna pay. Then they say something and we wait 20 min for pay. ( But some people can older food, and they get food.) This place terrible. U can’t pay with card. The most beautiful place in Pula for a chill coffee, with the most horrendous staff and service. Unfriendly, slow, unbothered and rude. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to come ask us for the order, I stood up and asked politely if I can order and take the drinks myself to our table, I got brushed off very crudely with the comment that they have over 300 receipts to handle and to keep waiting. This happens basically every time I end up coming here... Horrible horrible experience, someone should really take their concession away. Waited 20min, no waiter, went inside to ask if I could get a coffee, was told to sit and wait. Saw 1 guy sitting behind the bar on his phone, one waitress slowly prepearing coffee and the outsidr waiter just standing in front of the bar waiting for his orders....Waited another 20min, he came out, took order from 2 other tables and went back inside??? We then decided to just take coffee to go, went inside and saw THE MOST DISGUISTING THING EVER. In front of me, they took half empty or almost empty glasses of water LEFT from other customers and just refill it with water and put it on the tray. They did that with probably more than 10 glasses of water. Charged us 2,70eur for coffee to go. The food is brutal, the best burgers in Pula that I have eaten. Very friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.
