Went here today 30/08/2020 with my four kids and we had a great time !!! The kids loved it , we spent 2 hrs here .The cost was 20€ per hour including shoes for 2 Adults 4 kids We didn't have any food so I cant comment on that apart from when it got delivered to a different table it looked really good. I can recommend this establishment to Families with large and small kids.. wish everyone a fun time here..08.01.2023 still had loads of fun even if it's been three years...price is now 29€ a hour which is acceptable... My kids got the hang of it after the first game.. have fun everyone.... It was fun experience to play billiard here. They also offer some foods and drink. Great place to hang out with a group of friends and play Bowling.... Cheap prices on Tuesdays...!!! Usually you can spend about 2-3 hours here.. The ambience is pretty amazing... I felt embarrassed when she yelled at me for asking why did you deliver my food to wrong table. I have been in bowling allies all around Germany. As it is my passion for the sport. It is a shame to see that the low level of customer service and rudeness shown towards customers. Ordered food for myself waited 45 minutes and asked 4 times about my order but the order is placed on a different table and was justified that the person who served the food did ask and someone else collected the order. This is a literal joke. Red Bowl do not even have the common sense to deliver it to the right person. And try to blame the customer by pointing fingers and not accepting that it was their negligence of giving the food to the wrong person. When confronted the showed aggression and started pointing fingers. Not recommended. Worst experience I have had in any German based bowling Centers. I had been to red bowling on Thursday evening with Group of 18 members. The way behaved by was terrific. Before going for bowling I had showed to the that I have my own shoes and shall not borrow from Red Blow for which They had agreed for the same. Later they charged for the shoe which I had not borrowed at all from them . When we enquired about this charges the lady at the front desk was very rude and told that I need to pay for the shoes whether it is borrowed or not just because she had mentioned in the bill. Yesterday I have visited with my friends to redbowl for the disco bowling and it was fun. But, in redbowl was very much disrespectful to all of us. Being in buisness, should show some responsibilities & respect to the visitors. Please improve on responsibilities and give greetings to the visitors.
