I've been frequenting Rappelkiste for about a year now. It offers an array of play toys, machines, bouncy castles that can keep children playing for hours. They've got three new bouncy castles to replace old worn out ones. Overall, they've got an amazing and friendly staff. In my opinion Rappelkiste is a safe haven for parents and their children for a good bonding time. Small, dusty, no fresh air Good play area but quite dated. They are stuck in the dark ages and only take EC Card or cash so if you’re visiting from a different country beware - staff quite unfriendly/ unhelpful. Also they won’t let you bring your won refreshments in - fair enough given there’s a kitchen there - but that extends to water for both you and your child which is crazy in my opinion. Golf place for Children but need to make some effort on them menus and many of them Structures need to be renewed asap. Very nice place for your family. I dont understand the negative reviews. I visited today, 4th September 2020 and it was warm, clean(even the toilets smelled fresh and I couldn't see any dust at all), the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and reasonably priced and my kids had a brilliant time. I will definitely visit again.
