Very good Center! A lot of professional instructors /dive teachers. There a lot of different courses you can do, also just a small discover trip. my trip was beautiful, i felt all the it was perfect. :-) and very good service. We were a group of 10 people for which they arranged instruction and session. Main reason to choose piscis was that they had proper boat and the duration was a good 45-60 minutes. We had a baptism and the instructor were really helpful. Highly recommended Unsafe and unprofessional tourist-first money grubbing center. They SCAMMED me out of 200 EUR. Its an operation for tourists who like the branding of a 'baptism' - NOT FOR EXPERIENCED DIVERS. They made us wait less than 40 minutes between dives and this led to severe ear pain and ending our early. When I contacted them to cancel our the next day due to increasing pain in my ears, they told us they would not give a refund without a doctors note - even though they knew full well this was *their* fault and a common decompression issue among divers. They agreed to 'transfer' my dives to another date after arguing. For 3 months I tried to rebook the 4 dives I had paid for and they kept finding reasons on why it can't happen like not allowing me to transfer some of the dives to friends *even though the cost would be the same and I offered to pay any difference*. They clearly did not want me to do these dives and wanted to keep the money. After finally booking a dive, I drove 1.5 hours to the center but was 20 minutes late due to a festival in the area and no available parking - which I called ahead of to tell them that I will be a little late and they SAID OKAY to. Even though they made us wait 30 minute extra on our first dive, upon arrival, the owner of the center TURNED ME AWAY because 'I was late'. He had an excuse not to take me and he used it because he just wanted to keep the money without any of the concern. I had to drive back all the way to Barcelona and waste fuel and my valuable time. ADDITIONAL INFO ON THE CENTER: - The sites are not all good. Some were interesting whereas others were nothing but sand. They made us very shallow (as PADI Advanced Open Water Divers) to 6-7 meters as if we were doing a baptism because they were too lazy. - The site owner Fran is rude, does not speak English and often acts all hakuna matata when it comes to your and but pretends to be military when its about money or his time. - Their instructors are amateur. Super nice people but they are clearly very new to this and even though it won't be noticeable to first timers, this is clearly not a place for experienced divers. - On our second dive, the guide didn't know what to do with the rest of the because there was nothing to see in such shallow water and decided to just play games under the water. This would be fun if we hadn't paid so much money and traveled so far to see these sights. - Their equipment is up to date, clean and of high quality. However, even though you pay a load of money for renting it, they make you clean and hang everything after use. I do not to any serious diver. Absolutely incredible team, we cannot this center enough. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We were doing a baptism down to 10m, and it just never felt like it. All instructors take the to explain how the is going to go and answer any questions, which was especially for my partner who had never dived before. Their equipment is like new, and the boat very spacious. Everything feels very safe. They definitely know where to go to see fauna, as we saw numerous octopuses, a ray, a moray eel and lots of fish schools. Incredible dive, even for a baptism for which I had low expectations. Passionate people with extensive experience! Bonus: they also have access to the nautical club changing rooms, so we could even shower after the dive. And there's lots of parking in front of the center. It was our first deep sea and Fran made sure it was a one. We started off with some theory, which really gave us some heads up on what to expect next. It took away all our fear out of the dive. The first thing Fran makes sure is our safety and comfort. We had a and would love to do our second with Piscis Diving. It was my first with diving, and I was nervous about it. But thanks to the excellent theory explanation and the help of the instructor, it turned out to be an amazing experience! I would definitely this school to anyone who wants to start their journey in diving! I would definitely going to Piscis if you want to create a memorable experience. Fran was absolutely lovely in explaining every detail about the sea. Before the dive, he went through the variety of fishes found in the Costa Brava belt. He really ensured we could go back with a experience. We were able to see 5-6 octopuses, moray eel, jelly fishes, rainbow fishes and a lot more! Our with the Octopus was simply unreal. He also had arrangements for us to shower in the a club after the dive. I would rate my 10/10 What an amazing it was !!! I can’t believe yet I did first underwater almost about 60 minutes and all credit goes to Piscis centre team. To be honest this is the best place to try dives whether it is first one and why because they have special centre which is far away from shore and they take you with small boat and is unique as it is reserved by EU Union for marine life growth where no boats or ships/cruise allowed to enter and is full of marine life and marine biology and crystal clear water. Literally while I felt like I am infront of 4K TV with watching some sea animal planet show. Team is so warm and hard working. Bru is the best in explaining everything in detail. Laura and team is so helpful with required related stuff and my girl Nika, without you I wouldn’t imagine to b underwater for an hour. She literally held me like a baby and showed me each and every detail like pointing me through all the fishes , plants. I have seen many groups of fishes, starfishes and jellyfishes. Sea is really divine which everyone has to explore it. however because of hydra phobia many didn’t do but trust me guys, just give it go with it blindly and they will serve you a lifetime experience. Even though the sea sickness got the best of me, but still Monica, my co-diver tried her best to get me settled down from under water back to the boat. I was really frightened and nervous before leaving the boat, but the team took such care of us — checking in at every step and making sure we were truly comfortable before moving forward. At first I was contemplating about why they charge (€95-100) more compared to few other service providers at costa brava but then I heard from a friend about his (€45-50) and that's where the catch is, Piscis takes you to the centre of the sea using a motor boat and doesn't make you at the shore unlike others, also remember you never find marine lives closer to the shores, my friend literally saw nothing, just basic small fishes, which I guess he might have seen in a fish pot too, where else I saw 8 Octopus, Starfish, few of big fishes and beautiful coral reefs. Don't think twice before booking, they are the best here without any doubt ! I did a thorough research of all other service providers before paying them and trust me, you'll have the best first of your life. They arranged a tour where the four of us joined a larger group on the boat, and the two certified divers were able to accompany and follow our children's first (baptism).
