We went during a quiet period with a toddler and baby. were really and helpful. Would recommend going when its quiet if you have small kids. Avoid weekends they said for very young kids. Cafe was fair in pricing. Was clean and lots of lockers available for us to store away shoes and jackets. Our son loved it so we would go back at quiet times. Babies from 18months are allowed with an adult. Good fun and exercise for youngsters. Will come in for rainy days till our toddler goes into reception as price was too bad compared to the other attraction not far from here which is more expensive per person and these guys are open till late. Came for a childrens birthday party, really good service, you get your own room on the top floor, food options were ok, but drink menu was good. My love a Slush drink which had unlimited refills. The play area is mostly suited for 5+ age, but there is a small space in the corner for toddlers. Saturday can get incredibly busy so best come early in the day. Such a place to go with children 🌟 my son is 5 yo and he was so impressed by this place. He enjoyed jumping and climbing and going through the soft play area challenges. I am now thinking to buy a membership as we plan to visit regularly. My 3 year old daughter absolutely lived this place, we went on a Friday daytime and it was and quiet so she could bounce, climb and play safely. Price is and alot of activities to do. were very friendly. We will make it a a weekly activity as its for fitness and learning fine motor skills and it keeps me in shape chasing her around too. place We had a visit at Flip Out Lakeside! The arena is pretty big with a variety of sections. My brother mostly enjoyed the street football, ninja wipeout, and stunt zone. As there are so many different attractions we were spoilt for choice! This Flip Out caters to a variety of age groups from toddlers to teenagers, and even adults would have a good here! What made this trip even more special was the member of Chris, who was so friendly, helpful, and very attentive. I was so impressed with his interactions with the kids. Safety is paramount in these spaces, and so I really appreciated how he communicated with the to keep themselves and others safe. I also observed Chris' interaction with a child who had additional needs; he was so patient and guided the other children to also be patient with the little boy. I was really blown away because I could see that Chris is young, but his maturity and professionalism was so impressive and heartwarming. Having members like Chris makes makes a huge difference to the overall experience in these spaces...it certainly did for us! Thank you Flip Out Lakeside! place for to play a good choice of areas to choose from. They had a selection of food which was reasonably priced. were very helpful and friendly. We attended as guests at a birthday party. The room was not ready, for 45 minutes after we arrived, the was poorly organised and the room was filthy. The tables had clearly not been wiped down for some time, the photo is before the food arrived, the dried cup marks and dirt all over the tables is disgusting. This is a venue and fun for the kids, but it's to my dismay that the hygiene levels are very low. A simple solution might be to equip your with battery-powered vacuum cleaners and bring in a more effective manager. Some bits around the place fall apart and require attention. My friends and I came to Flip Out for the first time, the price for the trampolining socks were £3.50, the prices at the cafe inside was from £3-10. Overall, we had a time! The were very helpful, and welcoming! There were so many options from trampolines, to ball pits and much more! My daughter's was held here tonight. Children throughly enjoyed themselves. All are and helpful. Special thanks to Jamie and Rebecca Barrett for all their help when booking the and all their help on the night. went for a work social, had an amazing time! were lovely and we had so much fun! absolutely loved it! highly recommended!! Not a bad place, just needs a lot of work. I got the early bird tickets for £12 per person which is very cheap in this economy, so definitely try to get the early bird tickets if you can! The main are quite hard and the larger are far too soft, you can hardly jump on them. The Olympic style in the stunt zone are quite bouncy and fun. The ninja course was awful, I wouldn’t bother with the ninja bands because half of the scanners are broken anyway. The wall which you run up and hit the top was not in use and the basketball and “dodge ball” areas were open but the mechanisms were not on/working. Marshals were more interested in their phones than the safety of jumpers, although I did hear the manager radio to ask them to stop sitting down. The laser quest was fun, we had it to ourselves which was once we discovered there is an upstairs 😂. Although we arrived at 11am which was our slot and the website advertised 20 minutes including the briefing, which should have meant we finished at 11:20am. We had booked bowling for 11:40am so this was a perfect for us to finish. Unfortunately, due to other customers being late, the session was not started until around 20 past, which meant we were then late for bowling. The member at laser quest was lovely and whilst I understand it is not your fault if customers are late, however I don’t believe that other customers should be made to wait. Also, I paid almost £10 for two bottled drinks and two packs of crisps. Again I understand that as a business you need to sell food at a higher price than what you are paying for it, but at other venues such as SOAR trampoline park, you can buy two large slushies and two packs of crisps for the same price. I didn’t even look at the price of a slush at flip out but I dread to think about it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had my son’s 7th birthday here and it was fantastic! Milena was amazing – everything was really well organised and ran so smoothly. The loved both the Laser Quest and trampolining. The team were friendly, efficient and with the children. Parents and children all said they have a fantastic time. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back! I recently went to Flip Out Lakeside and had a really good time, all thanks to the awesome staff! Chibeze was super right when we walked in. He helped me out on the wipeout course when I was struggling with the timing and gave me some tips to make it more fun. His encouragement really helped me push through! Rina was just as awesome. We were looking for the special grip socks and she pointed us right where to go. She also told us about the ninja tag area, which turned out to be one of the best parts of the day. Both of them had such positive vibes and made sure we were having fun the whole time. The place has so many cool activities, from to climbing walls. It can get crowded, especially on busy days, but Chibeze and Rina made sure everything went smoothly for us. If you’re visiting Flip Out Lakeside, definitely say hi to Chibeze and Rina — they made our day! My son had his 9th birthday here just over a week ago. I want to thank Reece for being an amazing host and for making my sons special :) My son and his friends had a time! I booked the combo which included laser tag and trampolining. Reece made sure that everything was organised and was incredibly flexible. Thank you so much ! We booked our under-11s football team's Christmas with Flip Out, and I couldn't recommend them enough. From my first email to my last, Krystal was amazing. She answered all my questions, set up a package that was perfect for us, and even catered for allergies, and providing halal options for some of our players. When we arrived on the day, everything went to plan with no issues. Amy was our designated host and took all the stress away from me. She looked after the 12 boys, making sure they were all having fun and had everything they needed. She even came over to check on me, to make sure I was comfortable and to see if I needed anything. She really did go above and beyond. I honestly thought the would be stressful, but Krystal and Amy took all that stress off me, and I got 2 hours to enjoy a cake and a coffee while the boys had a time. I even got an email Monday morning checking everything went well and that everyone had a time, which of course they did. I know it was only a small gesture, but I really appreciated it, and it shows aftercare. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend. Extremely disgusted by the events that have happened today. When we walked in to flip out in lakeside, I was told by other parents where we had to go to sign in for our party. The 'host' we had was basically an npc. She made no attempt at communication at all. It took 45 minutes to get booked in for the because she was clueless and had to keep asking the manager for help. When we was given wristbands I explained my 4 year old is sen and cant wear one. That resulted in headless chickens trying to figure out what to do. We eventually got to the room which was dark and not child friendly. We waited for a while for the 'host' to take charge and she didn't so we sent the to play. Then a while later I heard mention of an ambulance, I turned to see very clearly from a distance that one of the 6 year old guests had broken his arm/ wrist. We all heard a member shout that 'an ambulance was on its way' after 10 minutes the first aider turned up after having to search for a cold pack and brought no other equipment. Around another 10 minutes later were repeatedly asking 'where is the ambulance' and the child kept asking 'where is the dr' to be told 'oh an ambulance hasn't been called, we're actually waiting for another first aider'. We all jumped up to get him in his mums car instead, he was in agony. The first aider then left to find a sling but at this point we diy'd another parents jacket into a sling and they left. Around 15 mins later the first aider turned up with the sling ! As the injury event was happening one of the parents went to find the injured child's siblings, she found the child but was refused entry to the because she didn't have a wristband. She had to push past to get the child and had chasing after her. When I had a go at the manager and told her how abysmal their whole service and operation was at one point she said ' oh that's ok, we have accidents here all the ' ! Absolutely fuming !
