And also place for concerts, shows etc. Parking available under the Arena, restroom clean, café bar. Around Arena not yet finished all construction jobs, and don't look nice. A spectacular place! We've been there for the evening prayers of European Meeting of Taizé in Lubiana... Wonderful! Very nice arena, excellent for concerts, near the city center, wash access and friendly staff. We went for a concert. The place is huge. Getting there was ok as the Uber left us right at the entrance, but the problem was exiting the place at night, when the concert finished and you couldn't see anything, especially for people who are not locals and don't know the area. There are absolutely no indications on how to get to the main street in order to be able to get picked up by a taxi since they cannot enter the premises. We got lost and walked around the stadium for like minimum 15min until we managed to get to a parking next to the highway and the taxi driver figured out where we were. Otherwise it would have been awful. The place was warmed up so from this point of view, all ok. But they should definitely put at each door some signs IN ENGLISH ALSO to be directed towards the main street. I was here for an Iron Maiden and a couple of other concerts, and it was usually great. There was no real problems with facilities like toilets or getting a beer, even though the hall was completely full, there were no long waits. But there are still some deficiencies, after all the years the site is still not yet finished. We went for a friendly match between Slovenia and Germany (euro basketball). The stadium entrance and exit were managed well- not too crowded for a match night! There’s electric charging station outside the arena street which a plus for us to charge our car and park simultaneously! Excellent place for medium sized concerts. Good organisation and security. Acoustics are also on point. During concert there is a bar in the middle with reasonable prices. Car parking is also on the site. We really enjoyed watching basketball here👍️ It looks still new, so nice and clean If it has a drink holder each bench, it would be much better😊but no problems in general Mid sized venue for all types of events, from sports to concerts and so forth. It’s a sports arena so don’t expect any luxury. No bottles are allowed inside so don’t bother bringing any as you have to leave them outside. The food inside is typical of sports place … Popcorn and hotdogs are the most adventurous foods on sale … It’s warm inside, I visited on November when the outside temperature was 3 degrees.. but in the end I came to see Andre Rieu and not the arena .
