Il menù propone piatti semplici ma ben eseguiti, con sapori che sanno di casa e di tradizione. Da provare assolutamente il “frigo con polenta”, il piatto della casa (un mix goloso di formaggio, polenta, funghi e speck), i taglieri di affettati e i contorni caserecci come verdure in agrodolce, giardiniera, patate e fagioli. La vera protagonista resta però la birra: artigianale, varia e di altissima qualità, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero raro da trovare. Altamente consigliato a chi ama la birra buona e l’atmosfera informale. Tornerò sicuramente. Piccola nota dolente: il servizio lascia un po’ a desiderare, ma in un posto così si può tranquillamente chiudere un occhio e godersi il resto.
