I had a very pleasant experience previously and had another great experience this autumn. Prices are reasonable (3 hours for 14€, whole day for 30€ for adults). Facilities are very good and clean, including showers and toilets. The spa section is a bit on the low side. I love the fact that there’s the outside pool, however the power of the different jets is quite low at exception of one. I guess it needs to usable by all ages so it cannot be too powerful otherwise it would rip someone’s bones off! Overall I would come back again. Pictures below show the outside pool. Arrivati qui alle 16.30 circa, abbiamo appreso che non c'era alcuna disponibilità di aufguss, ma se avessimo atteso le 18, avremo potuto acquistare un pacchetto a 59 € con due aufguss, lo scrub, il savonage (???) e la cena. Molto bene, ma bisognava attendere due ore. Chiediamo un ingresso piscine per un paio d'ore, ma non esiste. Optiamo per fare un massaggio, su suggerimento del personale in cassa saliamo al secondo piano e zac, due bei massaggi appena si libera il personale. Mi viene riferito che non è possibile acquistare gli ingressi dalla cassa della spa, aspetto che esca mia moglie e scendiamo al piano terra. Però, ahimè, i posti alle 18.12 esauriti. Niente scrub, niente savonage, unico aufguss alle 19, prendere o ruotare sui tacchi. Chiedo a voi che leggete la recensione, se ritenete che fare la fila per l'accesso alla struttura con un accesso alla contingentato sia un trattamento ragionevole. Non ho nulla da recriminare sull'aspetto economico, ma i servizi li ho pagati (278 €) e non li ho avuti. In tal senso ritengo che la struttura sia poco rispettosa dei clienti. Pubblicizzano gli eventi, attirano il cliente alla porta, con un "mi dispiace" pronto sulla lingua, Su 60 eventi che il tabellone potrebbe ospitare, ne fanno 10. Sconsiglio di venire in questa struttura nell'area wellness. Nulla da recriminare su piscina e spa, del tutto soddisfacenti. Didn't know what to expect, but very upscale spa and very tourist friendly. With beach access I will definitely come again in the summer. The cafe was also very good with their selections. Bella la piscina interna, funzionali saune e bagni-turchi, ma per €40 d'ingresso (tariffa infrasettimanale) è uno scandalo trovare una chiusa (non funzionante) e soprattutto la piscina grande esterna con acqua verde, melma e fogliame! Capisco che in inverno non viene utilizzata, ma un po' di decoro mi sembra il minimo! Davvero uno schifo da vedere!!! Meglio fare un po' di strada ed andare in Austria, con €10 in più si trovano molte più saune e tutto pulito ed in ordine! We could have stayed all day. The restaurant on the second floor wasn't to our taste though. I would advise eating prior to getting there, and just eating their croissant and coffee. Unica cosa negativa da segnalare è il fatto che non si possa portare cibo proprio da consumare in un luogo dedicato. Esistono persone che per motivi di salute obbligati a seguire diete rigorose e per loro questo è un grosso problema. Non tutti possono mangiare patatine fritte,tramezzini o le poche alternative proposte. L' area spa in teoria dovrebbe essere un luogo di relax e tranquillità, dove chi lavora tutta la settimana può trovare un angolo di pace , invece ho trovato persone che chiaccherano come fossero al bar , telefonini che suonano , gente che parla al tel . Wouldn’t recommend. Just go to the beach and safe the money! The bath and its services are a joke. They don't provide you with towel or sheet for sauna, you have to buy ugly bathing cap and shoes, that are compulsory to wear, almost nobody can speak english and even the signs there are usually in italian only, sometimes in german. The equipment of SPA is very poor, there is insufficient amout of showers, no ice pool or buckets with water. The WORST part is, there is mandatory bathing suit to enter finish sauna, so people sweat on their own dirty towels, then use it after shower and then they put that beneath them when using the relaxing sofas. Also people enter in the same bathing suit the whirpool without chance to properly was it. Extremely UNHYGIENIC. Last part is, that they have empty parking place in front of the spa, but if you park there, you will get over 30 EUR parkin ticket. The only GOOG thing is, that they have ice room with temperature of 16 centigrade, which is at least for me unusual and fine experience after the sauna. Overall, I can say that it was one of the WORST SPA experiences i have ever encountered, overpriced, trying to squeeze you out for extra money, didn't provide you with basic stuff. It was not worth the visit. Pool for swimming and the thermals part was good though, can't complain about that - if you go swimming/into pool then it might be good idea, but consider amount of people, we were there outside of season and it felt a bit crowded. Ad Arta Terme c'è uno stabilimento appena rifatto con scivolo ad acqua e altre cose divertenti in una piscina separata dagli idromassaggi (che più vari e belli di Bibione) così chi vuole rilassarsi non ha il fastidio delle urla. Ad Arta costa esattamente la metà per gli adulti e meno della metà per i bambini.
