So.... really horrible experience just now, had a great experience my previous visit, but I walked in and sat down with my wife and a family friend and when signalling the waitress to ask for an ashtray while looking over the menu, she was incredibly rude and said if we can't decide what we want now leave the premises and come back in when we decided, she further refused to give us an ashtray when our friend walked to another table to pick one up, she was abusive to me it seems as i tried to explain i cannot speak Bulgarian and she made snide comments about my race? ( me and the waitress seemed to be the same colour..., so???) But then plopped down the cokes and sprites we ordered and stormed off in a huff, what a horrid lady! Good hot chocolate. Кафето им е хубаво, но частта която е за непушачи е прекаленооо тъмна и подтискаща. Въпреки, че съм непушач поради подтискащата атмосфера в залата на непушачи седя в залата за пушачи, което не е приятно. Съвет към собствениците при евентуален ремонт - освежете, осветете и направете по-приянто мястото за непушачи. 😊 Приятно като интериор заведение . Но в определеното място за пушачи аспирацията не я пускат . Разчитат на отворената врата да се проветрява , дори , когато времето е студено Обслужването беше покъртително. Сервитьорката неможа да запомни поръчката на 3ма човека и я обърка, след което чакахме сметката 30мин. Определено няма да повторя. Extra It was great. It was comfortable and really cozy. But due to Covid-19 all the windows and doors were open and it was too cold. The mint tea didn't even taste like mint, it tasted like toothpaste and I would think twice before ordering it.
