Love going there. Not too big. Not too small. Perfect stay for a couple of hours. If you want massage you need too book ahead. Stopped here overnight on their carpark. 5 dedicated places for motorhomes, free. Large carpark so others parked together on this (it is empty overnight), level, quiet. Drive over waste water drain, septic disposal. Water available, but column damaged so not available (April 2025). Great for a stop over enroute. For €4 you can spend the whole day swimming and relaxing. The indoor has lanes roped off for laps, and the water temperature is just right. The outdoor is surprisingly clean, as is the showers, bathrooms, and changing areas. The staff does a great job maintaining the facilities. Very pool! 🏊‍♀️ Clean facility, affordable prices and plenty of space for kids to play. My son and I went for a few hours on a Sunday and it was really and relaxing! I wish the bigger was a bit warmer but we still enjoyed it. Highly recommend for a fun indoor activity! Pros.: The Spa is well built, modern and very clean. The Hammam bath is even better than the one I had in Turkey, the Thai lady is very professional, she knows what she's doing, and I am feeling so energized after the Bath. Thank you!!! The price in the Restaurant (Cafeteria) is in line with the prices you'll find outside and the food taste good, at least what I've tried are respectable and the waitress is professional and friendly. Cons.: I would have given the place a 5 Stars if it wasn't because the Barman looks a little bit more like a Sergeant than a Barman, with no sense of humour and in my view lacking more Customer skills, I’ve asked for a handmade lemonade with Honey, despite having lemon in the venue he told it wasn’t possible. Gosh, it takes 2 min. to press two lemons, add honey, shake it, add ice and voila!!! Also, if the management, were more flexible when it comes to people wishing to keep their bathing suits on. People have many reasons, why they mightn’t feel comfortable naked in public places. I find it dictatorial, to impose something that has no medical or safety implications. People should be able to go naked if they feel comfortable or keep their bathing suits on and don't be forced to be naked, especially when they were not informed at the gate before they pay, this is a mandatory requirement to use the venue and especially when the rule is just based on cultural idiosyncrasy. Germany is a plural society!!! Good price. €24 or so for an all day card. Aufguss on a regular basis. Ok outdoor (a bit small). Food is ok. We loved it here. We often travel and search out new Saunas to relax and enjoy and this one has become our new favorite destination. We thoroughly enjoyed the freezing cold dip before dashing into the hot tub. I really enjoyed the layout and design of the place. Truly a one of a kind, a diamond in the rough. The staff are very friendly and understanding as my German is ok. The prices for visits are very reasonable. My new favorite location. The is always and clean. The huge fireplace in the bar is one of my favorite things in the winter. The has 3 pools, one cold, one warm, and one hot. The clothed section, has a lap with diving boards, and a warmer soaking pool. In the summer there is a outdoor with slide and a lap pool. Hello I am Mr. McPherson I visited the location today the 12 Feb.2022 at 1600 hrs. What a rude surprise i got at the front desk by Frau Herges. I am an American and showed her my CDC card from the USA with all my shots and dates along with my US ID card. She would not let me into the or area.Saying i needed a Germany App which i had no clue what she was talking about. I visit this location numerous times before with different front desk workers and all have been really and helpful. I also showed them my CDC card and got into the without any issues with other staff. I truly hope the mgn. will talk with Frau Herges and train her in customer for all people but specifically USA customers. I have been visiting the with my family for two years now and have always been satisfied. So on my very long waited day off I decided to go to the for the first time and booked massage in advance. However I were shocked by very bad service. On the reception desk was a old lady I have never seen before. She refused to speak English to me or even try to understand. She was very rude to me despite the fact that I am a client, and she is a service. I tried to tell her my name and explain that I have massage booked. She was trying to look at pc but seemed couldn’t find my booking. She didn’t offer me paper and pen so I can write my name and time and seemed like she doesn’t want to speak to me. Only after I called my friend who speaks German we finally figure it out and I was able to enter. No instructions verbal or written, nothing at all. My friend also told me that reception lady was very disrespectful talking about me “I don’t understand what she wants from me". After I went to the I was resting at the rest where everybody wear their clothes. I was trying to watch my show by phone when the male worker ran up to me and started yelling at me in German. As I understood by gesture I wasn’t suppose to use my phone. I apologized and put my phone away. But the way he yelled at me was super disrespectful and rude. I went to the again and the same worker reappeared and attacked me screaming. he already knew that I did not understand German, but this did not bother him. I had absolutely no idea what was going on. It was very unpleasant, and I wanted to sink through the ground. I was sitting naked in the sauna, and this dressed tall man just yelled at me in German. I have never seen such terrible and disrespect. One lady from the sauna translated to me that I needed to use a large towel instead of a small one. How could I have known? Nobody explained that to me! It was terrible experience at the KOI Homburg. And I definitely will never go there again. But I really hope that my review will help the administration pay attention to the level of and train employees how to treat customers. If you take a Japanese name and pretend to be a Japanese service, then you need to understand what a Japanese really is. I have lived and worked in Japan for 15 years and I can confidently say that the KOI Bad & was not even close to the Japanese service.
