Disappointing experience… place is under heated. Baths are cold… couples are literally making out in the bath. Would not recommend. It is very loud Mineral therme where you can relax, many pools where to swim with integrated jacuzzi and bubbly water, there are an indoor and an outdoor pool, the last is so beautiful at night especially with lights and candles on. There are also different saunas and hamam and there is a salty pool. I recommend to spend the day there since you have all what you want there (food, relaxing area where you can sleep, showers and more). One of the tops spa’s ever visited wide variety of baths, great spacious, amazing staff, great food selection! Well day spend! This is a great spa and it has the option of with or without swimwear. The food in the restaurant has lots of Moroccan flavour. My only criticism is we told the lady at the front counter it was our first time and she offered no assistance explaining the facility. We had to figure it out on our own... Très belle endroit,agréable. Helpful and friendly bilingual (German/French) reception staff, didn't test their English level, maybe they speak good English too? They explained everything very clearly, pricing policy, restaurant, facilities, extra charge for naturist zone if you wanted to go there and how to avoid it if you didn't want to go there. I was almost dissuaded from going by some very negative reviews, fortunately I to make my own mind up and my wife and I had an excellent experience. We have visited many thermal baths in Europe, Japan and Taiwan and this is certainly comparable. Go there, relax and enjoy. Great facilities, relaxing atmosphere & overall a very clean and fun experience. No need to book. We arrived at 2pm, not too busy and stayed for 2 hours. You pay at the end of your session for however long you stayed (either 2 or 4 hours or the day). Great price for what it was, plenty of rooms, saunas, steam rooms and outdoor was lovely in the winter at night. Weekday was quite quiet but got busier in the evening. No phones allowed but would’ve loved to have taken a picture of the atmosphere. Les Saarland Therme offrent une expérience de détente exceptionnelle. We have to take a 4 hours ticket + Sauna experience (in German written "Textilfrei", which means nudist place) at 37,50 € each . Place is easy to find, parking is big, building is nice in the middle of nature. Warm welcome from reception with quite clear description. Reception lady informed us that we had also access to nudist area for the sauna. Arriving a saturday evening, we were delighted to see an (unannounced) live jazz band (very good btw) playing near main pool, and a cocktail bar with delicious products. It was enjoyable...if you are not looking for a restful a peaceful place. The place is very clean, even if quite crowdy. After some hours at main ground floor, we to try the saunas we paid for. Entry system with key is easy to use. On the door, its mentionned "Nudist" place (at least you are warned). I to go naked as my girlfriend to stay "textile". we visited some saunas, all nice and cleans. We to finish in the small refresh pool, when a "technician" (call it how you prefer) jumped on us, asking my girlfriend to leave the place as she was wearing a swimsuit ! I kindly answered that it was written nowhere that the Saunas option at online reservation (and on the main door) was for nudist "only", and asked for explanation. the Technician answered me a very rude way that he had no time to loose and no answer to give. So be aware...the place looks nice...but you will not get your money rewarded...! Jamais déçu toujours très bonne accueil , soirée à thème durant le long de la semaine jamais déçus je valide fortement !!!! very nice spa environment, but the and the showers were full of rude, inconsiderate people loudly shouting and yapping (very loudly) without regard for others, jumping from the poolside, etc... it felt like a childrens indoor at times. 5/5 for spa, 2/5 overall because of all the rude people. maybe they should employ attendants removing such people from the establishment. Ich war am Freitag zum ersten Mal da, bin gegen Mittag angekommen, da war es noch ruhig klar wurde es nachmittags voller, aber ich denke das ist überall so besonders am Wochenende. (Minus Punkt man kann schon vor dem Aufguss in die Sauna) was dazu drängt zu warten warme Angelegenheit aber ja wenn man zu spät ist, ist nicht mehr viel Platz. Aber schöne und urige Saunen 😊 Essen war auch tip top und Preis auch ok. Textil Bereich auch gut. Ja die Therme ist etwas "alt" bzw auch der Boden aber ne Renovierung kostet auch mal eben kein Zehner. Und wenn es renoviert wäre, würde sich jeder beschweren warum die Preise so hoch sind. Was noch ein bisschen doof ist (in der Umkleide könnte mehr Privatsphäre sein, durch einzelne Umkleiden) Sonst war ich zufrieden It was so relaxing and refreshing. The salt gave me life. If you put your ears down in the water you can hear relaxing music so I fell asleep lol. Nice place to go. I am very upset with your Therme. I scheduled the private 4 hour spa day for my husband and I in early May 2024. After waiting three months I received a phone call at 19:45 hours the day prior stating a person was sick. Therefore, the “couples massage” could only be done 40 minutes each and separately. I was only offered a 20% discount for this inconvenience (about 74 euro discount). This means the romantic massage for two now required one person to wait alone for 45 minutes, while the other person got the massage. Then we would switch and again our romantic day would be spent another 45 minutes apart. How very romantic. Not to mention an 80 minute massage (which we should have received would cost 110 Euros for each person) while we were only offered 74 Euros discount for getting half the service. I am totally upset given we have also paid an additional 200 Euros for a hotel room. I asked to just reschedule for November and gave dates we would be available. Now I was told, “I’m sorry, but we are booked through next year, except during weekdays.” We cannot do week days because my husband works. No special consideration due to us being put out. I have always highly recommended the Saarland Therme to all my friends. However, I will never recommend you again. What was going to be a very romantic weekend has now been ruined. Horrible customer service on managements part. Wir waren heute in der Saarlandtherme. Soweit alles entspannt, bis wir auf die Idee kamen Kaffee zu trinken. Nachdem wir drei Runden gelaufen weil alles besetzt war, entdeckten wir leeren Tisch, welcher eigentlich für 4 Personen gedacht ist. Prompt kam die Bedienung und fragte uns ob dir nur zu zweit wären und nicht lesen können. Davon abgesehen, dass es wirklich Menschen gibt die nicht lesen können, finde ich diese Auge diskriminierend. Auch der Ton unschön. Wir wurden zwei Personen Tisch verwiesen, der nicht durch Sauberkeit glänzte. Auch darauf wiesen sie wir hin, kamen wieder unschöne, da hab ich den Lappen dich schon, Antwort zurück. Ich könnte noch so weiter machen. Ich meldete den Vorfall an der Rezeption, bin gespannt ob sich was tut. Malheureusement très déçu, les bains etaient hors fonction à notre arrivée, avec un grand soleil ce samedi pas assez de transats à l'extérieur, et les matelas à eau situer à l'étage ne fonctionner pas non plus..nous avons trouvé que l'eau n'étais pas très chaude comparé à certains spa déjà effectué.. vue l'ampleur du bâtiment je m'attendais à plus grand. Point positif la personne à l'accueil très sympathique, et le bain de sel. Mais cela ne nous encourage pas a revenir.
