We came for the water circuit - it was well worth it. They have this huge with powerful jets and a regular to do laps. The best part was it was coed (so I could do this with my husband). The jets focus on specific areas of your body like knees, calves, ankles, back, etc. The jets were so powerful you have to hang on to a bar or you'll get pushed away. The facility requires everyone wear a hair cap, but I didn't see it enforced. I saw a few men without it. As far as spa facility - the women's room was not up to my cleaning standards. The shower area when you looked up had tons of mold over all the showers. As far as amenities, they had 1 flat iron and 1 blow dryer - that was all. Highly recommend. You get many options including different hydro massages and saunas. Very nice environment. You get towel and flip flops. Complete care. Water to drink on place. Outside relaxing area as well. One of the best SPA’s you could go around Benalmadena. SPA circuit, 2 saunas, swimming pool, ice room and ice bath (paid separately). Amazing experience and great design if the place itself. The spa center is just right, a huge swimming and another one with a large number of massagers. Sauna, steam room, ice bath and there should be a salt room, but it was out of use when we were there. Shower cabins, changing rooms and lockers all at an excellent level. Staff are totally unresponsive and incompetent. Sent messages to general manager via LinkedIn and no response. The service level is just PATHEIC. Aunque habíamos solicitado el masaje conjunto, por problemas de agenda tuvimos que hacerlo en habitaciones separadas y acabamos igualmente encantados, ya que Lorena nos atendió excepcionalmente y nos ofreció varias posibilidades, mostrándose muy atenta en todo momento. Tanto ella como su compañera Giulia fueron muy profesionales en todo momento y lograron que nuestra experiencia fuera inmejorable y que estemos deseando volver, tanto al spa como a darnos un masaje.
