There is no much point visiting this place. Rather than a tourist attraction this is a big deception. A long sandy path in nice fenced sorroundings with a few poorly decorated trees where people stop to take pictures, cause otherwise the trip would be completely wasted. Nothing ineteresting to write home about except the sourrounding landscape...but hardly worth the efforts if you have to drive more than 5 kilometers to arrive. Big deception, nothing enchanting about this place. There are only a few sculptures along a hilly road. Only a little interesting for children under 4 We really enjoyed our day as a family being outside in the mountains. Our daughter loved finding all the tree sculptures and fairies. Some tips… Take some cash as the parking is €2 and there is no cash point in the town. There are also some lovely stalls before the where you can buy local honey, paintings etc. There are some toilets just before you start the and then none along the walk. Take a picnic as there’s some lovely viewpoints with benches. Take some apples with you as there’s two lovely donkeys along the walk. It’s very hilly so wear comfortable shoes. We walked for 2 hours An undiscovered gem that is starting to get more popular. A few niggles with the parking and I would recommend that you try to arrive as early as you can. Once you do though it is an exceptional experience with a really nice range of features along the way. It's not just for children it's a really pleasant in amazing surroundings that we would highly recommend. I think if they carry on improving the facilities in the coming years this will become a very known attraction all over Spain and deservedly so. Nice day out today. Would have loved if the route looped around rather than having to track back the same path. Great facilities on the route also with the toilets, wasn't expecting that. Keep up the good work and try to add some more to the route to make it more magical for kids. :) I'm not sure if you have seen the city of Wroclaw in Poland. It has hidden little gnomes all over it, and the kids have to find them all, there is a little map you can get in the tourist office and tick them off as they find them ( maybe a way to make some profit for the town to continue investing in the path) We visited at the end of December. It was about 8 degrees Celsius and clear skies. The trail is wide and mostly paved. It takes about 45 minutes each way at a moderate pace (not a circular trail). An easy walk/ trail for families, although steep at times on the way back. There are sculptures and carvings along the way that make it more fun. There are a few benches along the way and also WC and garbage bins. Dogs are welcome, and unfortunately there’s also dog poop here and there. In late December, the chestnut trees are bare but the landscape is beautiful, with views of nearby pueblos blancos and hills. Before the trail, there’s a children’s and an exercise park with limited parking (2€). We enjoyed our very much! I truly believe that the local municipality could make a better effort on meeting people's expectations. Apart from a few creations along a dusty and hot path that separates you from beautiful plantations of chestnut trees with the fences since all that area is private , I did not have enough desire to continue until the end. I'll share the photos but will not recommend them to anyone unless the weather is not so hot and in any case must take water with you as there is no fountain at least not until we have arrived. I gave 2 stars because there were rubbish bins and also a local family had a kiosk open (thank goodness) where you could buy some cold water before you start Come visit a charming village close to Ronda and enjoy the works of a local sculptor. Kids will love it 👌 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
