I was rather surprised to learn a 50m pool existed in a small town like Spoleto - it’s great! Good sized lockers but my padlock didn’t fit at all…see my review of Aquaniene in Rome for my padlock size…luckily there are small silver lockers just beside the reception area which are a good size for a phone, keys etc. The showers didn’t work for me, they operate by hovering a card or phone over a sensor and I think you need a subscription to something called ‘union tech’ - I didn’t have one…but there was a tap in the shower room and I used that instead. There is a little cafe by the pool - nice coffee. The pool was split into lanes with one lane being a double lane width. When I left one end was being used for water polo practice. A couple of other lanes were used by swimming squads. There were two other swimmers in my lane - so not busy. There is ample outdoor space, lots of umbrellas and seats, and a play area for children. Das einzige Problem was ich als deutsche hatte,war das ich nicht wusste das hier Badekappen Pflicht herrscht.
